Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unassembled, with all original parts, accessories, labels, and packaging. Items that have been filled with water, installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or show signs of use might not qualify for a full refund. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at hello@showzhang.com before sending the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization might not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order through your account within one hour of placing it. After this period, contact hello@showzhang.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@showzhang.com and include your order number, photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged item, and any visible damage.

Do not discard the item or its packaging before we complete our assessment. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund. We will cover reasonable return costs when a return is required because the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

• Gift cards

• Perishable goods

• Personal-care products where applicable

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items remain subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific product is returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and, after the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect. When required by applicable law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional costs resulting from your selection of express or premium delivery are not refundable.

You may inspect the goods only as you reasonably would in a physical store. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The withdrawal right might not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For customers exercising an applicable EU right of withdrawal, reimbursement will be processed within the period required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Your bank or card provider might require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact hello@showzhang.com.
