Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing may take longer for customized products, made-to-order products, unusually large orders, or during peak periods. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from China using tracked international shipping services.

Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is placed and include normal order processing and transit time.

• European Union: 8–14 business days

• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines: 7–15 business days

• Indonesia: 15–35 business days
